中方团队80%以上有海外留学或工作背景，外籍教师主要来自英美加澳等主流英语国家，此外还有来自菲律宾、马来西亚、塞尔维亚、牙买加等教育精英，多元扩展队伍。
Over 80% of the Chinese team have overseas study or work experience, and the foreign teachers are mainly from major English-speaking countries such as the UK, the US, Canada, and Australia.
