Maths week has been a fantastic opportunity for our students to engage with mathematics in fun and creative ways.Throughout the week,our children have been working on a series of challenges that not only sharpen their mathematical skills but also foster teamwork and creativity.

One of the highlights of Maths Week has been the Codebreaker activity,where students used their mathematical skills and language to crack codes.This engaging exercise encouraged them to think critically and collaborate with their peers,making mathematics an adventure!In addition to the Codebreaker challenge,we held a house competition,where each year group participated in unique activities tailored to their age.

五年级的学生的任务是用各种材料搭建出尽可能高的塔，将测量技能融入到他们的设计当中。Year 5 students were tasked with building the tallest tower possible using various materials,incorporating measurement skills into their designs.
我们六年级的学生在形状方面充分发挥创意，专注于顶点、面和棱，搭建出令人印象深刻的形状骨架。Our Year 6 students got creative with shapes,focusing on vertices,faces,and edges to build impressive shape skeletons.
