A Global Learning Journey

今年的国际周展览将世界带到了我们的校园，学生们在户外展览中展示了他们对各国的研究。每个年级的学生在校园各处布置了信息丰富的展板，我们的空间变成了一个充满活力的全球地理文化庆典。

This year’s International Week Showcase brought the world to our school grounds as students presented their country research in an engaging outdoor exhibition. Spread across the campus, each year group created informative displays that transformed our space into a vibrant celebration of global cultures and geography.

一年级学生们制作的大洋洲展示区吸引了所有人的注意，展示了澳大利亚独特的野生动物、新西兰的毛利文化和萨摩亚的传统手工艺。

不远处，二年级的学生们分享了他们对北美洲和中美洲的研究成果，特别是关于哥斯达黎加的雨林、洪都拉斯的古老玛雅遗址以及巴拿马著名运河的展览尤为引人注目。

The youngest learners in Year 1 captivated everyone with their presentations on Oceania, featuring detailed displays about Australia’s unique wildlife, New Zealand’s Maori culture, and Samoa’s traditional crafts. Nearby, Year 2 students shared their research on North and Central America, with particularly impressive exhibits on Costa Rica’s rainforests, Honduras’ ancient Mayan sites, and Panama’s famous canal.

Year 3 turned their section into an Asian exploration zone, where visitors could compare the bustling cities of Singapore and Japan with Vietnam’s lantern festivals and the Philippines’ island geography. The students creatively incorporated maps, photographs and handmade models to bring these diverse cultures to life.

通过四年级的展示，非洲生动地展现在我们面前，其中包括加纳色彩斑斓的肯特布设计、埃及古老的金字塔、肯尼亚的野生动物保护区以及马达加斯加独特的生态系统。许多学生还加入了互动环节，如小测验或实物样本，以吸引观众的兴趣。

Africa came alive through Year 4’s presentations, which included Ghana’s vibrant kente cloth designs, Egypt’s ancient pyramids, Kenya’s wildlife reserves, and Madagascar’s unique ecosystem. Many students incorporated interactive elements like quizzes or sample artifacts to engage their audience.

五年级的学生们以丰富多彩的形式展现了南美洲的美丽风光，他们展示了智利的壮丽山川、秘鲁的马丘比丘、巴西的亚马逊雨林以及阿根廷的文化传统。这些色彩斑斓的展品不仅体现了他们深厚的研究功底，更让我们看到了他们的创意表达能力。

South America was beautifully represented by Year 5, whose displays covered Chile’s dramatic landscapes, Peru’s Machu Picchu, Brazil’s Amazon rainforest, and Argentina’s cultural traditions. The colorful presentations showed impressive research depth and creative presentation skills.

六年级的学生们以欧洲展览圆满结束了他们的全球巡展，展示了西班牙的建筑奇迹、瑞士的阿尔卑斯山风光、瑞典的创新成果、丹麦的生活品质以及意大利的艺术遗产。他们精心布置的专业展览展现了出色的团队合作与组织能力。

Year 6 completed our global tour with their European exhibits, featuring Spain’s architectural wonders, Switzerland’s alpine geography, Sweden’s innovations, Denmark’s quality of life, and Italy’s artistic heritage. Their professional-looking displays demonstrated excellent teamwork and organization.

这次国际周展示中，同学们通过自主研究和团队合作交出了精彩答卷。无论是扎实的国家调研还是新颖的呈现形式，每个项目都饱含数周心血。对于明年国际周的更多可能，大家现在就已翘首以待！

This showcase proved how much our students can achieve through independent research and collaborative presentation. From the detailed country facts to the creative display methods, every project reflected weeks of dedicated work. There is already excitement about where next year’s International Week might take us.
