Welcome to Green Oasis School! We are excited to have you join our community. The new school year begins on Monday, 18 August 2025, and we know this is a time filled with both excitement and preparation for families. As you and your child get ready for the first day, we’d like to share some helpful information about our school to ensure a smooth and happy start.

开学第一天First Day of School

开学日当天将实施错峰入校，具体安排如下：

7-9 年级 ：8 月 18日（周一）7:55 前入校

3-6 年级 ：8 月 18 日（周一）8:05 入校

1-2 年级 ：8 月 18 日（周一）9:05 入校

作息准备

Daily Routine

为了确保孩子们在新学期伊始能够顺利适应学校的生活节奏，家长和孩子可以在家中有意识地规划日常时间，逐步调整作息习惯。

In order to ensure a smooth transition for children into the school's daily routine at the start of the new term, parents and children can consciously plan their daily schedules at home and gradually adjust their routines.

早晨入校

Start of Day

学生应在指定时间前到校，以便参加晨间点名并了解当日重要通知。准时到校有助于孩子以平和的心态开始一天的学习，及时获取校园信息，从而充分把握各项学习机会。

Children should arrive at school by the designated time to take part in registration and hear important notices for the day. Arriving on time helps them start the day calmly, stay informed, and make the most of their learning opportunities.

上学必备物品

Item preparation

· 书包（不可使用带轮书包）

· 可重复使用的水壶

· 健康的零食（零食时间和课后俱乐部前补充能量）

· 阅读书籍（图书馆借阅或自带）

· 笔盒及常用文具（铅笔、橡皮擦、尺子、彩铅）

· 笔记本电脑或者平板电脑（7-9年级）

· School bag (no wheels)

· Refillable water bottle

· Healthy snack (for morning break and if they have ECA)

· Reading book (from school library or home)

· Pencil case with basic stationery (pencils, eraser, ruler, coloured pencils)

· Hat for outdoor play

· Laptop or tablet （Y7-Y9）

Uniform

小学全年级遵照以下校服要求：

We have made some changes to the Primary School uniform this year. The uniform policy is now the same for all Primary students.

· 日常校服：蓝色polo衫，搭配卡其色校服短裤、裙裤、长裤；

· 当天有体育、舞蹈课： House队服，搭配蓝色短裤、长裤

· 补充：原有白色校服套装可以在没有体育课时穿着。

· 不允许穿着其他运动服或其他学校的校服。

· Everyday uniform: Navy blue polo shirt with khaki shorts, skort, or trousers.

· PE or Dance days: House-coloured PE shirt with navy blue shorts or trousers.

· Optional: The previous formal uniform may still be worn on non-PE days.

· Not permitted: Clothing from other sports teams or schools.

中学全年级遵照以下校服要求：

The uniform policy for all Secondary students.

所有学生须按要求穿全套正装校服到校，即正装衬衫、正装短裤/长裤、领带。体育课当天另外携带体育服和正装校服到校更换（只有当天第一二节课有体育课时，才可以穿体育服到校）。体育课下课后学生应立即换回正装，因此当天仍需携带正装校服到校。

Students are expected to be in full uniform every day. This means uniform shorts/ trousers, shirt, and tie. On PE days, students may wear their PE uniform to school only if they have PE class P1/ P2. They are expected to change out of their PE uniform after PE class, so they will need to bring their regular uniform as well.

其他要求Others：

· 袜子应为白色或黑色，长度应至脚踝或膝盖以下。

· 长发应束成马尾，不得遮挡面部。

· 请在校服内侧写上您孩子的名字，以便遗失后能够归还。为保护儿童隐私，不要将姓名写在校服外侧明显位置。

· Socks must be black or white, either ankle length or below the knee.

· Hair that is shoulderlength or longer should be tied back in a ponytail away from the face.

· Please write your child’s name inside the uniform so lost items can be returned. For safety reasons, names should not be visible on the outside of clothing.

接送安排

End of day

每天放学，1-6年级必须由家长或家长指定人员接送，并出示接送卡，如遇特殊情况需提前通知班级老师或学生处。

7-9年级学生都将获发带有照片的学生卡； 学生卡请放在指定颜色的校牌中，学生们在校园内必须全程佩戴校牌（体育课或运动时除外）。

Y1-Y6 students must be collected by parents or authorize adults, and present your children’s security cards.

Y7-Y9 students will be issued individual IC cards with photos; these cards must be kept in the designated colour-coded lanyard which must be worn at all times while on campus (apart from PE lessons or when playing sports).

Y7-Y9学生家长请通过电话或邮件联系中学学生处。

If you have general queries or want to find out about academic progress, Y1-Y6 parents please contact the Teacher/Teaching partner using Toddle. The Student Affairs department offers support for Home-School Communication.

Y7-Y9 parents please contact secondary student affairs department by phone/email.
