This semester, we have hosted a series of impactful training sessions to support educators and parents alike, fostering a collaborative learning community.

Teacher Training
专业发展系列培训赋能教师
Two specialized training sessions were held this month to keep SIPC's education methods current and practical to enhance teachers' expertise in AI and child psychology. The training highlighted the application of advanced technologies and theories while addressing real teaching challenges, offering teachers forward-thinking and practical knowledge.
为确保SIPC的教育方法紧跟时代步伐并具备实际应用价值，本月特别组织了两场专题培训，旨在提升教师在AI技术和儿童心理学领域的专业能力。这些培训不仅强调前沿技术与理论的应用，同时也注重解决实际教学中的问题，力求为教师们提供最具前瞻性和实用性的知识与技能。
1，AI与教学的运用：变革课堂教学
This training session explored the integration of artificial intelligence into education, providing teachers with cutting-edge insights into AI-driven learning strategies. By the end of the training, teachers gained valuable knowledge on how to incorporate AI into their classrooms, fostering a more innovative and engaging learning environment.
本次培训是SIPC教师专业发展系列培训的一部分，邀请美国宾夕法尼亚州州立大学专业学者与SIPC教师们探讨了人工智能在教育中的应用，为教师们提供前沿的AI驱动学习策略。通过此次培训，教师们掌握了将AI技术融入课堂的方法，从而打造更具创新性和吸引力的学习环境。
2，青春期心理学：理解与支持学生
As part of SIPC’s professional development series, this training provided teachers with comprehensive insights into adolescent psychology, equipping them with practical methods to effectively support students. Teachers actively engaged in interactive discussions, case analyses, and Q&A segments, focusing on emotional regulation, peer dynamics, and communication skills. This session significantly enhanced teachers' confidence in addressing students’ emotional needs and guiding them through adolescence.

To strengthen home-school collaboration, we launched the SIPC Spring Parenting Seminar Series: Unlocking Growth Secrets, Nurturing the Future, featuring expert-led discussions on key parenting topics.
为加强家校合作，SIPC推出了“洞见成长密码，携手育未来”为主题的春季家长讲座，邀请各领域专家围绕核心育儿话题进行深度探讨。

As part of SIPC’s spring parenting seminar series, this session introduced parents to the transformative role of AI in children’s education. Parents explored how AI can enhance independent learning, personalize educational experiences, and prepare students for a technology-driven future.
