Mind Marvels: Exploring the Brain
Our Grade 3 students dived into neuroscience through visits to cutting-edge brain research institutions. They learned about brain structure, neural signals, and the intersection of technology and health, fostering both scientific literacy and critical thinking.
通过参访中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院和深圳理工大学，三年级学生近距离了解脑科学与前沿科技，并体验了脑电波设备及创客中心的创新项目，在思维碰撞中提升科学素养与批判性思维。学生们不仅认识了人类大脑的神奇，更学会用科学思维观察和表达世界。

探索能源的故事
Power Planet: The Story of Energy
Grade 4 visited the Daya Bay Nuclear Power Station and a geology museum, where they learned about energy generation and the formation of fossil fuels. This trip enhanced their understanding of sustainability and natural resource management.
四年级的学生前往大亚湾核电站与地质博物馆，深入了解核能发电、石油形成等与生活息息相关的能源知识。通过参观模拟发电装置、动手组装小矿车，他们理解了能源的产生与利用，也初步建立起节能环保的意识，为未来的可持续发展教育打下基础。

穿越时空的文明之旅
Timeless Tales: The Journey of Civilization
Grade 5 students explored local cultural heritage in Kaiping, engaging with Lingnan traditions and historical architecture. By comparing what they’ve learned about global civilizations, they developed a richer appreciation for cultural diversity.
五年级学生则走进开平碉楼、岭南文化村，实地探访了中国南方地区的民居建筑、传统工艺与饮食文化。孩子们边走边学，边看边思，用照片、文字、绘画等多种方式记录下他们的观察与感悟。他们把在广东所见所闻，与课堂中学习过的其他文明进行比较，体验不同文化的独特魅力。
These field trips were not just about stepping outside, but about stepping deeper into knowledge. At SIPC, we will continue to integrate real-world experiences into our PBL approach — inspiring students to observe, question, and explore. Learning has no walls, and the world is our classroom.
Field Trip不仅是一次次“走出去”的旅程，更是一次次向知识深处的“走进去”。SIPC始终致力于将PBL教学理念与真实世界深度融合，培养孩子们的观察力、好奇心与跨学科思维能力。未来，我们将继续拓展课堂的边界，让每一次学习都充满意义与可能。
